Sustainable Golf Course Design

Feasibility Studies:
The first stage involves a site analysis, which may include hydrology, ecology, archaeology, and geomorphology. Once the survey is complete, we meet with the client to discuss project goals.

Conceptual Design:
The initial drafts of the project are presented to the client for feedback.

Master Planning:
A comprehensive plan for the entire project, covering the golf course, clubhouse, practice facilities, maintenance areas, and estate planning.

Golf Course Plans and Detail Drawings:
This includes clearing plans, grading plans, rough shaping plans, drainage plans, irrigation plans, detailed plans, finish shaping plans, grassing plans, tree plans, grow-in plans, photomontages, and 3D modelling.

Golf Course Construction Documentation:
Includes bill of quantities, construction specifications, and contractor analysis.

Golf Course Construction Supervision:
I believe in active involvement throughout the design and construction phases, from the first meeting to the opening day of the course. Drawings serve as conceptual guidelines and may be adjusted on-site as needed. My hands-on approach ensures the success of each project.
